How do I book?
Online, in under a minute: choose the service, the specialist and the time. You can also message us on WhatsApp. You can book from 2 months up to 1 hour before your appointment.
Where are you located? Is there parking?
We're at Carrera 59B #79-100, 2nd floor, El Golf neighborhood, Barranquilla, Colombia. Yes, we have parking.
What are your opening hours?
Monday to Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Sundays and public holidays, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. By appointment only.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit or debit card, bank transfer and cash. Prices are in Colombian pesos (COP).
Do some services require a deposit?
Yes. Semi-permanent makeup services, such as microblading and brow or lip micropigmentation, require a 30% deposit to confirm the appointment.
Can I change or cancel my appointment?
You can cancel or reschedule up to 2 hours before. For semi-permanent makeup, cancellations must be made at least 12 hours ahead and rescheduling at least 6 hours ahead. If you don't show up without notice, the deposit is not refunded and the appointment can't be rescheduled.
Do I need a consultation first?
For semi-permanent makeup and pigment removal, we recommend a prior consultation where we review your case and answer your questions.
Do you sell gift cards?
